Service Terms & Acknowledgment

Please review these terms. You’ll be asked to accept them before booking a service.

  1. Who may request service. You confirm that you are the plot owner, a family member, or otherwise authorized to request care for the grave, and that you will obtain any permission the cemetery requires. Many cemeteries require written permission before a marker is cleaned or maintained; obtaining it is your responsibility, though we’re glad to help you understand the rules.
  2. What we do — and don’t. We provide cleaning, tidying, and light seasonal maintenance using gentle, industry-accepted methods (such as D/2 Biological Solution, soft non-metal brushes, and hand tools). We do not pressure wash or use bleach, acids, or abrasive/metal tools. We do not perform structural repair, resetting, leveling, or restoration. If we observe a need for repair, we’ll note it and can refer you to specialists.
  3. Results & existing conditions. Stone is a natural material that ages. Some staining, etching, lichen, or biological growth may require multiple treatments or may not fully resolve. We cannot guarantee removal of pre-existing stains or damage, and results may continue to improve for several weeks after a cleaning.
  4. Condition reports, photos & GPS. On the first visit we document the condition of the site and marker, capture GPS coordinates for your personal use (for example, to add to memorial sites such as Find A Grave), and take before-and-after photos. Coordinates and photos are provided to you. We may use anonymized before-and-after images to show examples of our work unless you ask us not to.
  5. Access, weather & scheduling. Visits depend on cemetery access, ground conditions, and weather. We schedule within a seasonal window rather than on an exact date, and may reschedule for safety or cemetery closures.
  6. Liability. We carry general liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, damage arising from a marker’s fragile or deteriorated condition, acts of the cemetery or third parties, weather, or vandalism. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service at issue. Please report any concern within 14 days of a visit.
  7. Billing, plans & cancellation. One-time services are billed at booking. Care plans are prepaid — the seasonal plans once per year, and the Monthly plan in quarterly blocks — which is what earns the lower per-visit rate. You may cancel a plan at any time with 14 days’ notice. Because plan pricing is discounted for the full plan, on early cancellation the visits already completed are billed at our standard single-visit rate, and any remaining prepaid visits are refunded.
  8. Independence. Noble Memorial Care, LLC is an independent company and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any cemetery, funeral home, or government agency.
  9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington.
